Welcome to The Egg Farms. By placing a quote request or order through our website you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
The Egg Farms is a commercial egg supplier operating in The Gambia. Our principal place of business is Abuko, The Gambia. You can reach us at theeggfarmsltd@gmail.com.
Submitting a quote request through our website creates an enquiry only. No binding contract exists and no payment is taken until we have confirmed availability, agreed on a delivery date, and issued a formal invoice. We reserve the right to decline any request without obligation.
All prices are displayed in Gambian Dalasi (GMD / D) and are subject to change without notice. The price shown on your quote at the time of submission will be honoured for 14 days from issue date. Wholesale pricing (D300/crate) applies automatically to orders of 15 crates or more; retail pricing (D360/crate) applies to smaller orders. Delivery fees are charged in addition to product prices and vary by delivery zone.
There is no site-wide minimum order for retail customers. Certain delivery zones may require a minimum crate quantity — this is displayed on the Delivery Zones page. We may impose minimum order quantities for very remote locations at our discretion.
Payment is accepted by cash on delivery, mobile money (Wave, Afrimoney), or bank transfer. Terms for wholesale accounts may differ and will be agreed in writing before dispatch.
You may cancel a confirmed order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a handling fee. Please contact us immediately by phone or email if you need to cancel.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of The Gambia, The Egg Farms' liability for any claim arising from use of this website or the supply of goods shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of The Gambia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
