Frequently asked questions

We currently deliver across Greater Banjul (including Banjul, Kotu, Kololi, Sukuta), Kanifing Municipal, Serrekunda, Bakau, Fajara, and Brikama. Each zone has its own delivery fee and, for some remote zones, a minimum order quantity. You can view all active delivery zones on our Delivery Zones page. If you are outside these areas, please contact us — we can often arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis depending on order size.

There is no enforced minimum for retail orders — you can order as little as 1 crate (30 eggs). For wholesale pricing to apply automatically, your order must reach 15 crates or more. Our calculator shows the tier that applies in real time as you type. Some delivery zones (e.g. Brikama Area) have a zone-specific minimum crate requirement which is shown on the Delivery Zones page.

Our online calculator starts an inquiry only — no payment is taken online. Once we confirm your order, payment can be made by cash on delivery, mobile money transfer (Wave, Afrimoney), or bank transfer for larger wholesale accounts. We will confirm payment options when we follow up on your inquiry.

Eggs are collected daily and dispatched within 24 hours of laying, so freshness is as good as it gets for a commercial supply. Once received, store eggs in a cool, dry place away from strong odours. Refrigeration extends shelf life significantly — we recommend keeping eggs at 4–8 °C and consuming within 4 weeks of the lay date stamped on each crate.

We supply grade-A eggs in a range of sizes — Pullet/Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, Jumbo, and Mixed Commercial. Each product listing shows the grade, size, and price per crate. Wholesale pricing of D300/crate is applied automatically when your order reaches 15 crates or more. You do not need to register a special account or negotiate — the calculator detects the tier and shows you the correct price instantly. If your order is just below the threshold, the calculator will tell you how many additional crates unlock wholesale.
