Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

The Egg Farms respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), delivery address / zone, and any notes you include. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed off-platform (cash, mobile money, or bank transfer).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To process and respond to your quote request or enquiry.
  • To contact you about your order, delivery, and invoicing.
  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g. record-keeping for tax purposes).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

We retain order and quote records for a minimum of five years for accounting and legal compliance. Contact enquiries where no order followed are deleted within 12 months of the last communication.

4. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations). Send requests to theeggfarmsltd@gmail.com.

5. Cookies

Our website uses a single session cookie to maintain your cart/quote session. This cookie is strictly necessary and does not track you across other websites. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, server-side session management, and restricted database access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Contact

For privacy-related queries contact us at theeggfarmsltd@gmail.com or by post at The Egg Farms, Abuko, The Gambia.
