We take pride in the quality of every crate we deliver. If your order arrives damaged, short, or below our freshness standard, we will make it right promptly.
All eggs are collected daily and dispatched within 24 hours of laying. Each crate bears a lay-date stamp. If eggs arrive in a condition inconsistent with that date, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or credit.
If you receive fewer crates than invoiced, or if a crate contains broken / missing eggs beyond our accepted breakage tolerance (more than 3 eggs per crate), please photograph the issue and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will dispatch replacement stock on the next available run at no additional charge.
If crates are physically damaged on arrival (cracked packaging, cracked eggs due to handling), document the damage with photos and notify us at the time of delivery or within 12 hours. We will replace the affected crates or issue a credit note for the value of the damaged goods.
Email theeggfarmsltd@gmail.com with your order reference (TEF-XXXXX), a brief description, and photos where relevant. You can also WhatsApp us for faster response on urgent issues. We aim to respond within one business day.
We primarily offer replacement stock rather than cash refunds. If a replacement is not possible within a reasonable time (e.g. stock is unavailable), we will issue a full credit note redeemable against your next order, or arrange a cash/mobile-money refund within 5 business days.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage arising from improper storage after delivery, failure to refrigerate perishable stock promptly, or claims made more than 48 hours after delivery without documented photographic evidence.
